I enjoy educating first-time buyers on the many options available as well as helping guide them through the process and gaining their trust to be their local mortgage expert. I have expertise in many loan types and loan options, such as first-time home buyer loans, VA Loans, FHA, VHDA, construction loans and 2nd home/vacation home loans. I am here to help buyers navigate the purchase or refinance of their primary residence, investment property or 2nd home/vacation homes in Virginia, Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
I engaged in the mortgage industry in 1998 directly after moving to the DC area after graduating from East Carolina University with a BSBA. I was born in Central PA and raised in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. I now reside between Hilton Head Island & Fairfax, Virginia.

I spend my free time visiting my happy place on Hilton Head Island. I enjoy walking the beach with my mini Aussie, Hannah, by my side. My favorite pastime in HHI is watching sunrises and sunsets and taking in all of nature’s wildlife. I have an income producing ocean-front short term rental property that I get to visit when it is un-rented. For me there is no better investment than one that gives personal use as a bonus. Ask me how I did it!
